(1) In traditional sales, our quotation has a maximum validity period of thirty days, unless otherwise specified in individual quotations. When the quotation is accepted within the specified period and we provide a written order confirmation or execute the order, the contract becomes effective.
(2) Our statement of intention made during the contract period shall always be based on the correct and timely delivery of our own suppliers, unless we declare incorrect or delayed delivery. If we are unable to fulfill the contract, such as due to the inability to supply a certain product, we should immediately notify our customers of this fact, and the consideration that has been partially or fully paid should be immediately repaid.
(3) The company reserves the right to modify the descriptions and details in the prospectus, quotation, and written documents in terms of technology and design, and reserves the right to make changes to performance, design, and materials in the context of technological advancements. Customers have no right to obtain any rights from this. The details related to our products (technical data, dimensions, etc.) should be close and approximate; They do not constitute guarantee conditions unless a clear written guarantee is given in this regard.

(1) In traditional sales, agreements regarding binding delivery deadlines (performance times) must be listed in writing, while in online sales, agreements must be listed in text form. The prerequisite for timely performance is that all commercial and technical issues between the customer and us have been clarified, and the customer has fulfilled all their obligations, such as paying a deposit.
(2) If by the end of the delivery deadline, our product has already left the factory or we have announced that we are ready to ship, we will be considered as the delivery deadline. If acceptance procedures need to be completed, the acceptance date should be determined; This situation does not apply to reasonable refusal of acceptance.
(3) If we cannot deliver on time, we will immediately notify the customer. If there are power outages, import difficulties, factory or transportation issues, strikes, force majeure, or delays from our suppliers, we shall reasonably extend the delivery deadline. If we still cannot deliver after a reasonable extension of time, both the customer and we have the right to cancel the contract. The customer shall not demand compensation for this.
(4) If the customer can reasonably accept this situation, we will have the right to implement partial delivery.
(5) If the shipment or acceptance is delayed or not carried out due to the customer's reasons, the risk should be immediately transferred to the customer when we notify them to prepare for shipment or acceptance.
